FEATURED PRODUCT WORKS

KALM — REAL-TIME COUNSELING CHATBackground
Users needed faster and more accessible counseling options beyond scheduled sessions, but existing systems were not built for real-time interaction.
Strategy
• Identified real-time chat as a key lever for accessibility & engagement
• Prioritized speed-to-market (launched in 1 month) over perfect feature completeness
• Focused on stability and counselor availability early on
Impacts

1,600+ USERS

10,000+ SESSIONS

KALM — PAUSE PACKAGEBackground
Users who purchased counseling packages had a limited time to select a counselor. Funnel analysis revealed that many sessions were silently expiring before users could start counseling, resulting in unnecessary drop-offs and a poor user experience.
Strategy
• Identified the root cause through redemption-to-session funnel analysis
• Defined the new product state and mapped end-to-end user and backend system flows
• Collaborated with engineering and design to implement the pause mechanism
Impacts

increased session start rate by 100%+

reduced user drop-off

<15s availability loading

KALM — KALMSELOR APP REDESIGNBackground
Counselor app instability led to missed/unresponded sessions, affecting both user trust and operational flow.
Strategy
• Focused on reliability by rebuilding core experience instead of patching issues
• Full redesign + rebuild in 4 months
• Close collaboration with engineers and counselors
Impacts

INCREASED ACTIVATION RATE

IMPROVED PLATFORM STABILITY

DETIKCOM — INTERNAL SEARCH RANKING OPTIMIZATIONBackground
Users struggled to find the most relevant articles through internal search, reducing content discoverability and navigation efficiency.
Strategy
• Analyzed existing search behavior and identified opportunities to improve result relevance
• Collaborated with engineering and data teams to define business requirements, ranking priorities, and weighting considerations for search results
• Validated ranking behavior through iterative testing to ensure results aligned with user intent and editorial expectations
Impacts
Increased search and recommendation CTR across multiple platforms:

+22% on Desktop Search (detik.com)

+342% on Apps Search (detik.com)

up to +56% CTR uplift on search relevance (CNN Indonesia Web)

SATU PERSEN — SCHEDULING SYSTEMBackground
Counseling sessions were manually scheduled by the Operations team, creating administrative overhead and limiting flexibility for both users and counselors. The process became increasingly difficult to scale as session volume grew.
Strategy
• Mapped the end-to-end scheduling workflow for users, counselors, and internal operations
• Designed a self-service scheduling system allowing users to choose their preferred counselor and available time slots
• Built a counselor availability management flow, enabling counselors to manage their own schedules while reducing manual coordination
Impacts

Reduced manual scheduling effort

Improved scheduling flexibility

DATA & INSIGHTS

PRODUCT ANALYSIS

Defined business questions and analysis framework, leveraged AI-assisted workflows to process raw datasets, then synthesized findings into product and operational recommendations.

KALM — APP FUNNEL ANALYSIS
Analyzed the end-to-end product funnel to identify key conversion bottlenecks. Prioritized optimization opportunities using funnel metrics to support product roadmap decisions and ongoing product monitoring.
Insights
• XX% of users entering Counseling continued to browse packages
• Package purchase was the largest conversion bottleneck
• Findings helped prioritize product improvements across the onboarding journey

KALM — COUNSELOR RESPONSIVENESS ANALYSIS
Analyzed counselor responsiveness across subscription-based counseling sessions by measuring time-to-first-response after session assignment. Defined the analysis framework, interpreted behavioral patterns, and translated findings into operational insights to improve service quality.
Insights
• Identified response-time patterns across counselors
• Highlighted opportunities to improve responsiveness and service consistency
• Informed operational discussions around counselor performance

KALM — FACE-TO-FACE COUNSELING DEMAND & CAPACITY ANALYSIS
Analyzed counseling demand and counselor capacity across online and offline services to understand utilization trends and operational efficiency.
Insights
• Identified peak demand by day and hour
• Measured counselor utilization and cancellation rates
• Provided recommendations for capacity planning and counselor scheduling

DASHBOARD DESIGN

Designed internal dashboards by translating operational questions into actionable metrics, filters, and visualizations. Each dashboard was built to reduce manual investigation and support faster decision-making.

KALM — COUNSELOR RATINGProblem
Customer ratings were difficult to monitor over time, limiting the operations team's ability to identify quality trends and follow up on counselors requiring attention.
Dashboard Design
Defined rating metrics, filters, and visualizations to enable continuous monitoring of counselor performance.
Key Features
• Average rating by counselor
• Rating distribution
• Date filters & counselor filters

KALM — COUNSELOR ACTIVITYProblem
The operations team had no historical visibility into counselor availability. The system only displayed the latest online/offline status, making it difficult to investigate availability issues or review counselor activity over time.
Dashboard Design
Defined the dashboard structure, activity timeline, filters, and audit history to provide a self-service view of counselor availability.
Key Features
• Historical online/offline activity log
• Filter by counselor and date
• Session duration & activity timeline

KALM — LOOKER ANALYTICS PLATFORMDesigned and built a company-wide analytics hub consolidating 8+ data streams across product, business, and operations — giving leadership one place to make decisions instead of juggling spreadsheets and guesswork.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS STANDARDIZATIONBackground
When I joined, product development lacked a standardized workflow. Requirements, testing, progress tracking, and release planning were managed inconsistently, making cross-functional collaboration difficult.

What I did
• Introduced structured PRDs to align product, design, and engineering before development
• Established a consistent testing workflow before every release
• Created a regular cross-functional sync to improve visibility and unblock development
• Moved development work into Jira, providing a single source of truth for timelines, ownership, and progress
Outcomes
• Increased project visibility across teams
• Standardized the product development lifecycle
• Improved collaboration between product and engineer team

COUNSELOR FEE WORKFLOWBackground
The CS team calculated counselor fees from payment data, which led to inaccurate payouts because free sessions were included. The process also required extensive manual spreadsheet work for data cleaning and tax calculations.

What I did
• Audited the existing flow and found the accuracy gap in the data source
• Switched the source of truth from payment data to session data (user ↔ counselor)
• Built a Google Sheets automation: raw data → clean view → fee summary
• Added tax calculation logic and wrote an end-to-end tutorial for CS
Outcome
• Eliminated manual fee calculations
• Improved payout accuracy by using the correct source of truth
• Standardized a repeatable monthly operational workflow

Personal projects

Personal projects where I experiment with product ideas through rapid prototyping, no-code tools, and AI-assisted development.

Daybreak
A personal project where the app generates one “side quest” per day as small activities designed to add motivation and structure to everyday life. Quests are currently curated and mapped to my personal interest categories using a lightweight rule-based JSON configuration.
